Have a question or ready to request a quote? We’d love to hear from you.
We proudly service Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Sydney and Northern NSW, with Melbourne projects available on request. We also offer nationwide shipping across Australia and international delivery, ensuring that our premium thermal glass solutions can reach clients wherever they are.
We offer both. Our team provides full installation services in select locations across Queensland and New South Wales and for clients outside these areas, we offer supply-only options with nationwide and international delivery. Whether you're a builder, architect or refrigeration specialist, our team can support your project with end-to-end service or deliver high-performance custom insulated glass units ready for installation.
Our standard turnaround time is approximately 2–3 weeks from quote approval, depending on the scope and location. Because all glass products are manufactured in-house at our Meadowbrook facility, we avoid common import delays — offering faster lead times, consistent quality control and more reliable scheduling than offshore suppliers.
Yes — every product we manufacture is made to order and tailored to your exact measurements and specifications. We do not offer generic stock sizing. From thermally heated glass panels to argon gas-filled glazing, all components are custom-built for your unique project requirements, ensuring precision, performance and a seamless fit.
Absolutely. We stand behind the quality of our workmanship and materials with comprehensive product and installation warranties. Each unit includes a unique serial number for easy tracking, post-installation support and streamlined warranty servicing. Our commitment to long-term reliability is why we’re trusted by leading builders and fabricators across Australia.
Our heated glass technology is engineered to improve temperature stability, reduce condensation and increase overall energy efficiency. By reducing strain on refrigeration systems, our solutions help you save on energy costs and protect perishable stock. For added insulation, we also offer argon gas-filled panels, which further reduce thermal transfer and enhance performance in cooler environments.
Yes — we offer full glass replacements and retrofits for most commercial refrigeration units, cold rooms and display cabinets. Whether you're replacing a damaged panel or upgrading to heated or insulated glass, our team can match or customise units to suit your system.
While we specialise in thermal glass systems for wine cellars, we collaborate with builders and refrigeration experts to ensure full climate control integration. Our insulated and heated glass solutions are designed to support optimal temperature and humidity conditions while showcasing your collection with clear, condensation-free visibility.
All of our products are manufactured using toughened safety glass that meets or exceeds Australian Building Code standards and all relevant safety regulations. Whether used in residential, commercial or refrigerated environments, our glass ensures both durability and compliance.
Getting started is simple. Contact us via phone, email or our online enquiry form and we’ll arrange a personalised quote based on your project needs. We offer virtual and onsite consultations depending on your location, with onsite measure and quote services available across South East Queensland and nationally by arrangement.
Thermally heated glass uses advanced heating elements to actively prevent condensation and maintain clear visibility in extreme cold conditions (0°C to -40°C). It’s ideal for wine cellars, cold rooms and display fridges, providing consistent clarity, reduced maintenance and superior temperature control.
In contrast, argon gas-filled glass relies on a sealed insulating gas layer between panes to passively reduce heat transfer. While it improves energy efficiency, it doesn’t eliminate condensation and may lose performance over time as gas dissipates.
For applications requiring maximum thermal performance, clarity and reliability, thermally heated glass is the superior long-term solution. Argon glass is best suited for more moderate environments where cost is a greater consideration than temperature extremes or condensation control.
